Southern Crown celebrates grand reopening and new era in Columbia beverage distribution

Columbia, South Carolina – This week, Southern Crown is going to have a big celebration. City leaders and company staff will gather for the grand reopening of the distributor’s Columbia facility. The event will take place at 825 Bluff Road on Tuesday, June 10, at noon. Mayor Daniel Rickenmann and representatives from Columbia’s Economic Development Agency will be there with Southern Crown employees and guests to celebrate the event.

This re-opening is especially important because Southern Crown Partners has bought KW Beverage, which will revolutionize the way drinks are distributed in South Carolina and Georgia. For decades, KW Beverage serves the central and upstate areas of South Carolina. The company has been around since 1954. The corporation is making itself stronger and reaching more people in the Southeast by putting KW Beverage under the Southern Crown banner.

Leaders from both groups say that their similar ideals and long-standing ties in the community are what make them work together. The purchase, which was completed earlier this year, brings together two organizations that are known for being dependable, having strong ties to the local community, and providing good service. Southern Crown’s relocation isn’t just about business growth; it’s also about honoring the history of a well-known South Carolina brand and bringing together personnel with a lot of experience in the beverage sector.

There will be more than just a ribbon-cutting at the ceremony. It’s a sign of economic growth and the changing business scene in Columbia for both the city and people who work in the industry. The reopening is meant to show not just how much Southern Crown has grown, but also how important it is for businesses, city officials, and employees to work together and invest in the area.

The founders of Southern Crown say that as the company moves forward with this growth, they will continue to serve communities across South Carolina and Georgia with the same dedication that has made them a trusted distributor along the coast. The grand reopening is a mix of celebration and reflection, and it signifies both an end and a new beginning for everyone involved.
