South Carolina Chamber of Commerce opens nominations for 2025 ATHENA Awards

South Carolina – The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce has officially opened nominations for the prestigious 2025 ATHENA Awards, a landmark event that celebrates the exceptional achievements of women in both their professional endeavors and community engagement. The announcement honors inspirational female leaders across the state, therefore marking the revival of a much-awaited tradition.

Designed to reward women who have not only excelled in their professions but also made major contributions to mentoring and community development, the ATHENA Leadership Award is a main highlight of the event. This medal honors those who, especially aspirant women leaders, mix professional brilliance with a desire for empowering others.

Concurrent with this is the Chamber presenting the ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award. Young women who have shown exceptional talent, creativity, and leadership in their disciplines are reserved this specific honor. More than just a nod to professional accomplishment, this award honors the significant part these young leaders play as role models in inspiring and mentoring the following generation of female professionals.
