Florence, South Carolina – Florence police are asking residents to take a close look and help identify a man believed to be connected to a shoplifting investigation at a local Walmart.
The City of Florence Police Department said the case, listed as Case# 2026-003422, involves an incident that occurred at the Walmart located at 230 N. Beltline Drive. Investigators are trying to learn the identity of the individual shown in an attached photo released with the department’s public request.

Police did not release additional details about what was allegedly taken or when the incident happened. However, officials are hoping someone in the community may recognize the person and provide information that could help move the investigation forward.
