Florence, South Carolina – HopeHealth is bringing together breakfast favorites, Gamecock football voices, and a cause rooted in community care for its third-annual Brinner event in Florence.
The breakfast-for-dinner fundraiser will take place Thursday, June 4, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Florence Country Club. This year’s gathering will feature LaNorris Sellers, Jayden Sellers, and Tommy Suggs, giving guests a chance to hear from familiar names connected to South Carolina football while supporting patients who face barriers to health care.
The event is co-presented by McLeod Health and MUSC Florence Division. Chronic Care Staffing, HUB, Molina, and Carrington Wingard are also among the key sponsors helping support the evening.
Proceeds from Brinner will go toward the HopeHealth Compassionate Care Fund, which helps patients who are dealing with financial hardship and limited access to care. The fund supports essential services such as preventive health screenings, emergency assistance, and other forms of help for people who may otherwise struggle to receive the care they need.
For HopeHealth, this year’s event carries a personal connection. LaNorris and Jayden Sellers grew up receiving care through the organization, making their participation especially meaningful as they return in support of the mission.

Suggs, known both as a sports commentator and as South Carolina’s starting quarterback from 1968 to 1970, will join the Sellers brothers for an evening expected to mix football memories, personal stories, fellowship, and community engagement.
