Gray Fox Strategic expands footprint with Two Men and a Truck acquisitions

Columbia, South Carolina – Gray Fox Strategic, based in Greenville and Columbia, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring two additional franchise locations of Two Men and a Truck. The holding company now controls 23 franchises under five different brands, with a significant focus on the moving industry, including 14 Two Men and a Truck franchises spread across five states. This information comes from a recent press release issued by the company.

Gray Fox is recognized as the largest franchisee of Two Men and a Truck in the Southeast, according to the company. The new additions include the franchises in Rock Hill and Charlotte, as stated in the press release.

“Charlotte was recently ranked in the top 10 for Best Cities to Live in the U.S. So adding the Charlotte and Rock Hill locations to our group positions us very well to continue growing the brand within the Southeast,” Gray Fox Strategic cofounder and CEO Nathan Bocock said in the release. “Our goal is to continue serving the city of Charlotte by creating jobs and providing exceptional service to our customers.”

The company is owned by Bryan and Rebecca Feldman, along with Nathan Bocock. The Feldmans have been involved with Two Men and a Truck since its early days. Bryan started as a mover in 1996 and eventually became a multi-unit owner. His wife, Rebecca, joined him as an owner in 2002. Nathan Bocock teamed up with the Feldmans in 2010, and together, they have expanded their ownership to multiple other locations throughout the Southeast.

The owners view these recent purchases as a demonstration of their dedication and belief in the brand

“We are excited about the acquisition of Charlotte, N.C., and Rock Hill, S.C.,” Bryan Feldman said in the release. “These two territories are geographically centered in the middle of our locations. This will enable us to serve our customers better and contribute to the growth of the Two Men and a Truck system.”
