Florence real estate firm opens full-time marketing role for creative professional

Florence, South Carolina – PLC Commercial is looking to add a new voice to its growing team in Florence as the company opens a full-time, in-person Marketing Associate position for someone ready to move quickly, think creatively and help tell the story of commercial real estate across the Pee Dee Region.

The role is built for a resourceful and self-directed professional who can keep pace with an active real estate environment. PLC Commercial is seeking someone who can take real-time deal activity and turn it into strong marketing across digital, social and community platforms. The position goes beyond basic promotion. It calls for someone who can connect property updates, company activity, community outreach and regional growth into clear, useful content.

The Marketing Associate will manage social media and content marketing while also helping maintain website listings and digital assets. The person hired will coordinate marketing for properties, events and community outreach, giving PLC Commercial a consistent and visible presence both online and in the local business community.

The job also includes support for Crexi listings, CRM management and email campaigns. Those duties are central to keeping property information organized, current and easy to share with clients, prospects and the broader market. As PLC Commercial continues expanding its reach, the Marketing Associate will play a hands-on role in strengthening the company’s presence across the Pee Dee Region.

PLC Commercial is looking for candidates with at least two years of marketing experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with social media, Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe and AI tools such as ChatGPT is also part of the desired skill set.

Real estate marketing experience is considered a plus, but the broader focus is on finding someone who can work independently, stay organized and bring creative energy to a fast-moving workplace.

“This is more than a marketing position, it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of commercial real estate marketing in South Carolina,” the company said in its announcement.
