Duck Donuts announces opening date for Florence location, June 7

Florence, South Carolina (Press release) – Duck Donuts, known for serving Warm, Delicious and Made To Order!® donuts, announced the opening of its Florence shop, eighth location in South Carolina, is set for Friday, June 7, at 7 a.m. The shop is located 1360 Celebration Boulevard, in Florence. The shop is locally owned and operated by the Patel family; Deep, sister, Pansi, and wife, Charmi Patel.

On both Friday and Saturday, the first guest in line will receive one free dozen donuts per month for a year and the next 25 guests will receive the Sprinkling Happiness Package, two dozen donuts and a bucket of coffee, for a future visit.

“We love our Florence Community, the amazing people and there are so many opportunities to integrate ourselves,” said Deep Patel. “We are thrilled to open the doors of Duck Donuts Florence and serve you warm, delicious and made-to-order donuts. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms, it means a lot.”

The 1,750-square-foot retail shop reflects the franchise’s iconic beach theme and family-friendly atmosphere with indoor seating. In addition to donuts, the Florence location serves Duck Donuts’ signature coffee blends, donut breakfast sandwiches, donut sundaes, frozen beverages, milkshakes, select retail items, and more.

Duck Donuts has selected Make-A-Wish South Carolinaa nonprofit dedicated to granting life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses, to receive its inaugural Quack Gives Back donation. Guests can support the organization’s mission by donating at the register. The Quack Gives Back program promotes partnering with community groups to raise awareness and funds for their causes.

Duck Donuts specializes in warm, delicious and made-to-order donuts. Upon entering the store, customers are welcomed with the aroma of warm, light vanilla cake donuts. Customers can create their own donut combination by choosing from a variety of coatings, toppings and drizzles, including traditional favorites such as chocolate icing with sprinkles and more adventurous creations such as maple icing with bacon. The family-friendly stores offer a viewing area where children and adults alike can watch their donuts being made.
