The Park and Play mobile leisure van is meant to visit areas without simple access to modern public parks. The van is ready to accommodate all ages with its assortment of sports equipment including basketballs, soccer balls, and jump rope as well as entertaining games including gigantic Jenga, cornhole, and hula hoops. Apart from that, music and interactive activities are scheduled to maintain the high energy levels and arts and crafts materials will be accessible to inspire participation.

The intention is to establish inclusive, safe environments where neighbors may develop relationships, enjoy interaction with others, creative expression, and engage in physical activity. Targeting inner-city regions with inadequate recreational facilities, the Park and Play project aims to guarantee that more Columbia residents have the chance to participate in leisurely and constructive events.

More than just a pleasant adventure, the Park and Play mobile recreation van is a community hub on wheels bringing the resources of the municipal parks directly to the doorsteps of those who might not otherwise have such possibilities.
