The City of Florence to hold hiring event on March 21

Florence, South Carolina – The City of Florence is opening its doors wide to job seekers at the upcoming City-Wide Hiring Event. The event, which is set for March 21 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., is a great chance for people who want to start or advance their careers in different areas of the city’s administration. This event, is set to take place at the Pearl Moore Basketball Center at 500 Barnes Street, Florence.

On-site interviews will be held by the City of Florence, which has job openings in a lot of different areas. Prospective candidates can look forward to openings in Utilities, Public Works, Recreation, Athletics, Administration, Fire, and Police departments. This event is a great chance for job seekers to meet prospective employers and talk to them directly.

The city has emphasized the comprehensive benefits package that accompanies these positions. Those who are hired will get State Health and Retirement benefits, as well as access to a Wellness Clinic run by a Nurse Practitioner, paid holidays, and uniforms and other tools they need to do their jobs.
