Library Offers Beginning Drawing 101

August 27, 2016 (Florence, SC) - Rachell Hyman will teach adults the techniques of Basic Drawing 101 on September 20, at 6:00 p.m. at the Doctors Bruce and Lee Foundation Library in Florence. This free workshop will explore the basic principles of drawing: line, shape, proportion, light and shadow. Materials will be provided.

A Florence native, Hyman has exhibited her artwork throughout South Carolina, including the South Carolina State Fair and Lake City’s Art Fields. She is a member of the South Carolina Watercolor Society, Artisans of the South Carolina Cotton Trail, and is also a member and past President of the Pee Dee Artist Guild.

This workshop is made possible by Friends of Florence County Library. Admission is free but space is limited and registration is required.
