Florence Library Presents Program on Avoiding Identity Theft and Scams

FLORENCE, S.C. – The Doctor’s Bruce and Lee Foundation Library, partnering with South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, will host a program on avoiding identity theft and scams on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.  In this free informational session, attendees will be informed about how to avoid identity theft, steps to take if their identity has been stolen, security freezes, fraud alerts, and different types of scams. This program is open to all.  Identity Tool Kits, with some very useful information, will be given out during the program.
