Final summer reading program for teens this Thursday

The Florence County Library Teen Services Department continues its 2017 Summer Reading program.

Under the theme, “Build a Better World,” which focuses on building, robotics, and social consciousness, programs promote reading and learning in various styles.

The final program will be Thursday, July 13, from 3:30 -4:30 p.m. Teens will create art with withdrawn books. Blackout poetry and book folding will be done by teens in this arts program. This program is free and open to all rising 6th through 12th graders.
