For nearly four decades Goodson’s Pure Sation in Darlington has offered full service to its customers. Motorists can expect to have an attendant pump their gas , clean the windshield, and check fluid levels. Goodson’s is one of only a few stations or service centers that still offer full service.

The first open arena registration held at Florence Darlington Technical College earlier this summer attracted hundreds of students. In addition to registration, FDTC is carrying out call campaigns every Wednesday prior to the start of the Fall semester on Aug. 24.

WHEELS

Chandler Jordan, 17, and a rising senior at Trinity-Byrnes Collegiate School, was recently crowned Miss Raceway City Teen USA at the Darlington Raceway Stock Car Museum. Jordan will represent the Darlington County region at the Miss South Carolina Teen USA pageant in March 2021 at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center with the chance to become Miss Teen USA.
