The Miss talent winner was Moore who performed a lyrical dance and the swimsuit winner was Grace who wore a one-piece black swimsuit.

The theme of the pageant was “A Royal Masquerade Ball” and entertainment was provided by KFA and the event was emceed by WBTW News 13’s Patsy Kelley.

Also during the event a tribute was given to honor the fallen officers of the recent Florence shootings. Miss Florence 2017 Christal Potter sang and all officers in attendance were recognized. The outgoing Miss Pee Dee Morgan Elvis also entertained at the pageant.
