Hospice holding multiple benefits

Homestead Hospice and Palliative Care is holding multiple programs to care for the community. The organization understands that times are difficult for many individuals in the community in many ways, and it wants to help make a positive impact.
Here are a few of the programs:
Stock a pantry: Homestead will be collecting items for Harvest Hope Food Bank-Pee Dee to assist individuals and families in need.
SweetDreams: Through the SweetDreams initiative to help comfort children in women’s domestic violence shelters, infants and children through age 12 will be provided a pair of new pajamas and a book. The community is asked to help with SweetDreams by donating new books and PJs.
Notes of hope: Homestead is collecting items to package and distribute to cancer patients. The community can help by donating new word search, crossword puzzles, sudoku and adult coloring books.
Drop offs for all these programs will be held Nov. 30 and Dec. 10 at the Homestead Hospice office located at 1515 Heritage Lane.
