Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art announces performance schedule
Pawleys Island--The Pawleys Island Festival of Music & Art has announced its 2019 performance schedule. This year’s event, held October 3-19 at the Reserve Club in Pawleys Island, will feature Blood Sweat & Tears, Pablo Cruise, and more.
“We are pleased to be able to bring such noted artists to our area,” said Delores Blount, the Festival’s director. “These are some of the biggest names in the recording industry and some of the most requested by past attendees.”
“Because of our growth in both membership and sponsorship, we are limiting the number of tickets sold for each performance. Our goal is to provide adequate parking and premier seating so that everyone can enjoy the show. We are encouraging patrons to get their tickets early to avoid disappointment. Although just announced, tickets for this year’s performances are going quickly,” she said.
Along with Blood Sweat & Tears and Pablo Cruise, the Pawleys Island Festival of Music & Art is pleased to present Shades of Buble, Carpenters Remembered, Lords of 52nd Street (Billy Joel’s original band), an awesome family night with Next Generation Leahy--a family of 12, dancing, singing, and playing various instruments, and Soul Town, the annual tabled event.
The complete 2019 lineup includes:
• October 3 - Wine Gala
• October 4 - Decades Rewind
• October 5 - Blood, Sweat & Tears
• October 10 - Carpenters Remembered
• October 11 - Next Generation Leahy
