SCDOT has opened I-95 from I-26 up to Exit 119 and from Exit 132 to I-20 to LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY. I-95 from Exit 119 to Exit 132 remains closed to ALL TRAFFIC. All thru traffic is still being detoured routing travelers by using I-20, I-77, and I-26. EXPECT
