McLeod hosts support group for heart disease survivors
Mended Hearts of the Pee Dee is a support group for patients and families living with heart disease. A meeting for Mended Hearts will be held Tuesday, April 10, at 6 p.m. with over 450 programs nationwide.
Support from individuals and families of heart patients can be a very effective means for patients who are awaiting and/or recovering from cardiovascular surgery. Who better knows how to empathize with a patient and family than one who has been through a similar life-changing experience?
