Beginner classes for Tai Chi starting Feb. 16
Tai Chi beginner classes for “health and wellness” are starting Feb. 16, Three classes will be offered and run weekly for seven weeks. The fee is $60 for any class. Sign up for one and join the others for free. Tai Chi for Beginner classes will be held on Mondays at 10:30 a.m., starting on Feb. 15; on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. starting of Feb. 16; on Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. starting on Feb. 17.
All classes will be held in the New Beginnings Yoga and Fitness Studio, 2126 Third Loop Road, with Bill Wilkes, instructor. There is a minimum of five participants to sustain a class.
