Lenten services at Central
During the season of Lent, Christians pay special attention to personal spiritual practices that help us reflect and renew as we look toward Easter Sunday. Central’s Lenten Spirituality Center is a place for members and the community to experience some spiritual practices, such as prayer, meditation, labyrinth walking and responding to scripture through artistic expression, all in a calm and quiet environment. Stations with instructions are set up and intended to be self-led. Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Visitors are asked to use the Irby Street entrance. The Center will be open in Spears Fellowship Hall March 16-30 during Central’s operating hours.
